– by Guest Writers

With more than 300 artists exhibiting at Arts Festival this year, the Centre County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association is offering a new service to make shopping easier!

Shop 'til you drop... off your purchases at our brand-new Courtesy Tent.

Enjoy a smooth shopping experience at the Arts Festival this year, thanks to the dedicated volunteers from the Centre County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. They are hosting a convenient Courtesy Tent on the State College Municipal Building Plaza, where you can safely drop off and check your purchases, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the Arts Festival's offerings. With the added perk of retrieving your packages at the parking lot behind the Borough Building, shopping for everyone on your list just became so much easier.

The Courtesy Tent will be available Thursday - Saturday from 10 am - 6 pm and Sunday from 11 am - 2 pm at the Arts Festival. Checked items must be picked up before the tent closes for the day and cannot be left overnight.

How you can help out!

We are looking for crayons to use in various kids projects on Children & Youth Day. If you have some spares that you don't really need anymore, pass them on to spread the joy of creativity and art to the next generation of young artists!

Drop them off at the Arts Festival office at 403 S Allen St, Suite 205A between now and the Arts Festival.

Special Thanks to the Sponsors of the Central Pa Arts Festival

Special thanks to our friends at First Citizens Community Bank for sponsoring the Arts Festival Food Truck Court behind the Memorial Field press box, plus even more food trucks at Nittany & Allen, Pollock & Burrowes on campus, Allen & Calder Way, and the Sidney Friedman Park!

Thank you, Whiting-Turner, for sponsoring and supporting our dedicated team of nearly 600 volunteers who bring the Arts Festival to life and make it a resounding success!

All Arts Festival volunteers can pick up their Whiting-Turner volunteer shirt during the Festival at the Volunteer Embassy at the Kish Bank Expect More Store on Allen Street.

We couldn't do all this without a ton of sponsors. Really... I just counted them up on the website, and there are almost 200 of them!!

We are blessed with an engaged and supportive business community, many of whom give back with financial and in-kind donations. Help us thank them by checking them out and supporting them back!
