Downtown State College is undergoing its yearly transition. Landscaping is being installed in the 100 block of Allen Street, stages are going up, banners are being hoisted, the silent auction barn has arrived, and streets are being prepped for the more than 300 artists currently descending on Happy Valley!

With this transition comes a few road closures to look out for. The Festival route runs along Allen Street from Penn State Campus/ College Avenue, south to Fairmount Avenue, west to S. Fraser Street, and north to W. Foster/ Sidney Friedman Park. Please do your best to navigate around these road closure throughout the Festival. We anticipate all road to fully re-open no later than Tuesday morning, July 16th.

At this year’s festival, attendees can expect to find some familiar faces, sounds, and traditions along with a few new performers, artists, and activities!
