Friday, August 15 - Music on the Mountain

Come on out and enjoy a glass of wine while listening to JazzTrax perform live original Jazz between 5 pm and 7 pm. The winery is offering a new wine this month! Enjoy a glass of Fumé Blanc, Fumé Blanc is a Sauvignon Blanc that has been aged in oak. This wine exhibits bright balanced acidity, citrus notes of lime and grapefruit, and tropical fruit of guava and passion fruit.

Friday, August 22 - Music on the Mountain

Need another reason to visit? Want another glass of that delicious Fumé Blanc? Join Laura Boswell from 5 pm and 7 pm. Boswell is a singer-songwriter and classical guitarist based in Asheville, NC. She writes intimate folk music with a classical influence, described as meditative and within the chamber-folk genre.

Friday, August 29 - Back to School Wine Bingo

Bingo with Beth is BACK! The cost of $10.00/pp includes a glass of wine of your choice and up to three Bingo cards. For this “Back to School” bingo, all participants will receive an apple for teacher. PLUS - the winner of each round receives a $5 gift certificate good toward additional glass or bottle purchases. Bring your own snacks, or purchase charcuterie items from us. Good luck and have fun!

Saturday, August 30 - End of Summer Wine and Food Pairing

For this "End of Summer" wine and food pairing event, Bill DeBoeur from Brown Dog Catering will be preparing four favorite summer recipes. This special menu will be accompanied by a large wine flight. Cost is $45/pp. Reservation are available form 12:00-2:30pm for a 1 1/2 hour seating. The pairings are as follows:

• Chilled Corn Chowder paired with Riesling
• Turkey Zucchini Sliders paired with Tailgate Red
• Summer Succotash paired with Nittany Mountain White
• Peach Cobbler paired with Moscato

All Month Long and Beyond - The Treehouse: An Intimate Event Space

The Treehouse is available for private parties for up to 35 people. The space provides a back pondside covered deck and a front covered deck with vineyard and mountain views. The Treehouse is available any time, year round. Mount Nittany Vineyard and Winery is happy to provide a list of approved caterers; self-catering is also an option.
