Free Public Workshop to Stomp Out Racism
The Center for the Performing Arts, in partnership with the Jana Marie Foundation, will create a Stompers Project sculpture named Consuelo for display in the Eisenhower Auditorium lobby.

When complete, Consuelo’s presence will be a reminder of our dedication to stomping out the prejudice and discrimination that surrounds mental and emotional health.
Attendees are invited to help build Consuelo, one sneaker part at a time with a free public workshop.
The public event will feature a facilitated discussion with the Jana Marie Foundation while you paint recycled sneaker parts with messages of hope and healing through the arts. These painted pieces will become the sculpture’s outer shell.

The event will take place in the lobby of Eisenhower Auditorium on Monday, March 3 at 11 am. This is a free event, but registration is still required. To register, click HERE.
