Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO) is continuing its steady growth by announcing its intended development of a Tru by Hilton in the Bellefonte/State College area along the I-99 corridor and Benner Pike interchange.

Hospitality Asset Management Company is planning to develop a Tru by Hilton franchised property. The 98 room Tru by Hilton will include complimentary breakfast, active lobby spaces and an expanded fitness center. Hospitality Asset Management Company will provide daily operationalmanagement and oversight for the property.
