21st Anniversary Stocking Stuffer Magical Holiday Market

– by Ellie Aungst

Ring in the holiday season with a treasured local tradition that showcases the Centre Furnace Mansion beautifully decorated for the holiday season! Nearly 50 talented regional fine artists, antique dealers, crafters and dedicated Historical Society volunteers work year-round planning and preparing for this festive event.

Stocking Stuffer 2022 at the Centre Furnace Mansion

Proceeds from the Stocking Stuffer benefit the Centre County Historical Society to support its public programming and preservation efforts. By attending and doing some of your holiday shopping at the Stocking Stuffer, you support these efforts and, in turn, support the work of area artists and businesses. Whether a new or returning shopper, you will find that our vendors and Historical Society volunteers provide a variety of new and exciting items each year!

Just in time for the Stocking Stuffer, Centre Furnace Mansion’s dining room, grand front hall and parlors will be festively decorated for the holiday season through the generosity of some of Centre County’s finest florists: Avant Garden and Daniel Vaughn Designs. Boughs, berries, bulbs and bows will bedeck the Mansion’s exterior and Hearth Room contributed by our talented Centre Furnace Mansion Gardeners.

A listing of vendors and details can be viewed on the Centre County Historical Society’s website event page: centrehistory.org/events/stocking.
