Organized as a non-profit corporation in 1963, Millbrook Playhouse, Inc. is a professional theatre company located in Mill Hall, central Pennsylvania.

Millbrook Playhouse is a traditional summer stock theatre with 2 stages, 235‐seat Main Stage theatre and a 100-seat Cabaret Theatre. Main Stage season consists of three to four large‐scale musicals or plays. Cabaret Theatre season consists of three to four smaller plays or smaller musicals.

Since 1963, the Millbrook Playhouse has been entertaining locals and visitors with energizing musicals, thought provoking plays, and just some good old fashioned entertainment. This year's line up of entertainment looks to continue the tradition.

Starting June 21st and running until July 6th, the Playhouse will be presenting Don't Dress for Dinner. Buckle up for a hilarious whirlwind of mistaken identities, infidelity, and frantic cover-ups in this fast-paced farce.

The Playhouse then follows up with a production of the musical Godspell starting July 12th and continuing until July 21st. Reimagine the story of Jesus and his disciples in this iconic musical filled with infectious tunes and timeless messages.

Things become a little more serious when the playhouse performs Stones in his Pockets running from August 2nd to August 11th. A touching and humorous two-person comedy that celebrates the lives of ordinary Irish workers chasing their dreams.

A music revue then commences on July 9th and continues until July 18th when you will travel back in time with this rocking-and-rolling revue celebrating the era's greatest hits that defined a generation when 8 Track, Sounds of the 70's is performed.

Plenty to do for children as well!

The playhouse also offers Educational Theatre Camps for all ages. There is a camp from July 22 to July 26, where campers learn theatre basics while putting on the show Finding Nemo, Jr. From July 29 to August 2, there is another camp entitled My First Time Center Stage where attendees will play theatre games, sing, and dance all week in a magical theatre adventure!

Starting August 12th and continuing for two weeks, campers will hone your acting, singing, and dancing with professionals. At the end of the camp, Into the Woods. Jr. will be performed!

One of the most anticipated youth ensemble musicals this upcoming season is Mean Girls, The Musical Jr. The hit movie comes to life on stage as this high-energy musical explores the complexities of friendship, cliques, and finding your voice. The musical will be performed multiple days and times from June 27 to June 30, 2024.
