Happy Valley Women's Cycling (HVWC) is thrilled to announce its transition from the HVWC RACE TEAM to a COMMUNITY CLUB for 2025. With a strong emphasis on inclusivity, particularly for female cyclists, HVWC is committed to reducing barriers and fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for all members of the cycling community.

In line with this transformative vision, HVWC seeks partners to join them in this exciting new chapter. All four local bicycle shops are joining them in expanding reach, building community, bringing all cyclists together, and keeping industry business local.

A representative from HVWC expressed that partnering with local shops instead of online sales presents a unique opportunity to accelerate the growth and notoriety of local cycling. Their expertise and resources could significantly contribute to our initiatives while also providing them with increased visibility and a direct connection to the local cycling community.

Proposed terms for the partnership include featuring the partner's logo on HVWC's next kit, offering discounts to HVWC Community members, providing promotional materials for the partner's shop, and acknowledging the partner on HVWC's website. Furthermore, the collaboration will involve regular collaborative posts for special events, rides, and other community cycling-related activities.

"This partnership is an opportunity to create a thriving and supportive cycling community through engaging promotional events and uplifting community rides. We are excited about the prospect of joining forces with all local bicycle shops to empower the cycling community and overcome any and all obstacles together," explained a representative from HVWC.

Through our initiatives, we promote a healthy lifestyle, community unity, and local economic growth. Our leadership encourages active living, fosters inclusivity, and has led to innovative partnerships with local businesses, driving cycling opportunities. HVWC's vision is to shape a vibrant and interconnected cycling community, creating new opportunities for all."
