Congratulations to the Mountain View Country Club, located at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Boalsburg! The country club has just been ranked as the best public golf course in Pennsylvania by the prestigious GolfPass by GolfNow.

The award was determined by consumer reviews, ranking courses on factors including course layout, friendliness of staff, condition of course, value, pace of play, and amenities. It’s no surprise that 99% of reviewers said they would recommend the course.

“This designation by GolfPass is truly a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire staff, which is led by Golf Pro Jack Brennan and Golf Superintendent Dave Williams,” General Manager Jennifer Brooks-Stahl said.

The course, which was designed in 1963 by Lowell Erdman, has consistently received high accolades for the friendliness of the staff and course conditions, and amenities like the food and beverages offered at The View Restaurant.

The course is located in Boalsburg, just minutes from Penn State University, and is now open for the 2022 season and accepting tee times. There are several membership options available as well.
