In 2023, I set out to hike in all 124 Pennsylvania State Parks. I began with day trips to state parks nearest my home in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Eventually, I expanded to weekend getaways that included multiple state park visits, often with my husband and five children.

We Are Weekend will take place June 20-21, 2025, on the University Park campus, and will feature an entirely in-person agenda. The full agenda will be finalized in the weeks ahead and will include the Pioneer Induction Dinner (for the Class of 1975) on the evening of Friday, June 20, an ice cream social, campus tours, and much more.
