Seven Mountains Tai Chi

Seven Mountains Tai Chi opened a home location on Calder Way this past month. The wellness center offers mid-morning weekday classes and Wu-Tang Sword Intro begins in March. More classes, including a special World Tai Chi Day event, are planned for April. Follow their Instagram for updates.
