State College Pride is almost here!
Get ready for an exhilarating event this Saturday - the State College Pride Parade and Festival! Come and immerse yourself in a joyous celebration that embraces the vibrant diversity of Happy Valley. The streets will come alive with an explosion of colors, music, and infectious energy as the community unites to honor and uplift the LGBTQ+ community.

The Pride Parade starts at 3:00 PM in Downtown State College (cars, floats, bikes, skaters, motorcycles, scooters, walkers, those in wheelchairs, and more)
***MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED TO PARTICIPATE IN PARADE*** (Registration ended on June 2nd)
The Pride Festival begins at 4:30 PM, this follows the parade in Sidney Friedman Park, Anchor & Arrow will be playing, and there will be dancing, speakers, a DJ, and more!
Vendors will be tabling in front of the State College Borough Building and Allen Street, be sure to come to visit their tables and enjoy seeing what our community offers!

Helpful tips for attending Pride
- Parking: there is no designated event parking, we suggest using the garages and street parking
- Bring/Wear Sunscreen/Hat/Sunglasses
- Stay Hydrated-we have water stations available
- Check out the maps available at statecollegepride.com
- Be sure to charge your phones/devices
- Take time to view the Storefronts competing in the Pride decorating competition-map on the website
- Local vendors will table pre and post parade be sure to visit their tables located in front of the Borough building
- The community art project "Each Piece Belongs" is on display inside the Borough lobby-not to be missed!

- Food Trucks are located near Sidney Friedman
- During the parade-please stay out of the streets, safety first!
- Volunteers will be in pink shirts if you have questions
