The annual Day of Delicious Darkness will feature treasures from their own cellars as well as savory dark offerings from the cellars of two Pennsylvania breweries employing graduates or students of the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Brewing and Fermentation Science program taught by Elk Creek’s own Master Brewer, Tim Yarrington.
