Get ready to roll out a blanket, grab an ice cream cone, and enjoy live music under the stars as the Lemont Village Green Summer Concert Series returns for another season of free community fun. Running Friday evenings from June through September, these outdoor concerts are hosted by the Lemont Village Association and held on the scenic Lemont Village Green, with start times at 7:30 PM in June–August and 7:00 PM in September.

The Lemont Village Association has announced that the 43rd Annual Strawberry Festival will be held on the Village Green on June 7th from 3 to 7 pm.

Get into the holiday spirit at Lemont’s Christmas Market! This free event will take place from December 6-7 at the Grain Elevator and Coal Sheds, and it is perfect for festive fun and shopping.

The Lemont Village Association endeavors to preserve historic Lemont, including the 1885 John I. Thompson Grain Elevator and Coal Sheds located at the center of the village.

This week’s concert on Friday, June 28, will feature the Nittany Valley Wranglers, a group of singers, guitarists, bassists, and rhythm players who will entertain you with bluegrass and lots of good music. Concerts take place on the Lemont Village Green and start at 7:30 pm.

Come join harmonica master Richard Sleigh as he entertains us with blues, Celtic, and roots music. Richard will be providing vocals, guitar as well as harmonica playing. Be on the lookout because he may bring friends!
