The Columbus Chapel and Boal Mansion Museum in Boalsburg is excited to announce that the internationally acclaimed Miguel Espinoza Fusion will be stopping by Boalsburg as part of its Living in a Daydream Tour.

On August 27, experience the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of Miami’s Carnival right here in Happy Valley with HavanaFest.

“It is a street festival with two bands, a DJ, Caribbean dancers, a full traditional Cuban meal, Cuban coffee, beer and wine. You can even learn to roll your own cigar in a very laid back atmosphere,” Tony Ghaffari, owner of Your Cigar Den, and organizer of HavanaFest, said.

Medlar Field gives you the best viewing experience possible,” said Ed Stoddard, communications director for the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau. “There is a special patriotic thrill every time when I watch the Happy Valley fireworks going off synchronized to the music. I have great memories from all the 4th Fest celebrations!”

Come downtown for State College Pride on June 11th!

The parade starts at 3 pm and ends downtown where you’ll be able to visit the tables of local businesses and organizations. There will be music, magic and more at the main stage, starting at 5pm.
