The Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra Board of Directors is pleased to announce Ian Duh as our organization’s new Executive Director beginning April 11, 2023. After a lengthy succession process and the vetting of highly talented applicants, Ian was selected to usher in a new era of PCO.

Last year, the organizers of the Happy Valley XL Improv Festival saw an opportunity to turn Happy Valley into a destination for improv actors, comedians and fans of improvisation.
