The first ever Happy Valley XL Improv Festival will hit the streets of State College from May 19-21 with the goal of making Happy Valley a whole lot happier.

Published for the Centre County Historical Society by Mt. Nittany Press, the book’s varied stories cover Centre County and nearby locales from the 17th through 20th centuries.
