(STATE COLLEGE, Pa.) – The State College Spikes’ 2022 promotional schedule will include a variety of great giveaway items, including bobbleheads featuring Happy Valley legends from across the years, plus signature theme nights and memorable special events at the ballpark.

Join the Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra for a mighty season finale and “Celebrate Together” on Sunday, May 8th at 3pm. Celebrate Mother’s Day, celebrate graduation, and celebrate an incredible season of programming with this all-Beethoven program. Three very special soloists join the PCO to perform Beethoven’s “Triple” Concerto for Violin, Cello, and Piano in addition to the beloved Symphony 7. A livestream of the performance is also available.

Mount Nittany Health presents the return of the annual event at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park

(STATE COLLEGE, Pa.) – SpikesFest 2022, presented by Mount Nittany Health and media partner WTAJ, makes its triumphant return this Saturday, April 9 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the home of the Spikes, Medlar Field at Lubrano Park. Admission is free for this family carnival, and fans can make plans to enjoy plenty of great activities throughout the ballpark.

Two players already drafted by MLB teams on initial player list for Draft League season

(STATE COLLEGE, Pa.) – The State College Spikes have unveiled their preliminary roster for the 2022 Major League Baseball Draft League season. Two prior MLB Draft selections will be headed to Happy Valley this summer, along with nine members of the 2021 edition of the Spikes who are slated to return.

Happy Valley’s neighbor, Clearfield County, has tons of grownup experiences to enjoy, from inventive wines to historical finds to adventures that showcase the great outdoors. But when I visited there recently, I kept thinking about how much fun my kids were going to have when I took them with me the next time. As a mom of five teens, I swear by the magic combo of fresh air fun and copious amounts of good food. Here’s five Clearfield adventures on our bucket list.

University Park, P.A.- The HUB-Robeson Galleries in partnership with the Graduate School are proud to present the Visual Arts Annual Graduate Research Exhibition. The exhibition will be on display in HUB Gallery from March 25 through April 17, 2022. UNIVERSITY PARK — (Tuesday, March 22) — “Hairspray,” Broadway’s Tony Award-winning musical comedy phenomenon, is on sale now. This new North American tour, helmed by original director Jack O’Brien and original choreographer Jerry Mitchell, will play at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 14, in Eisenhower Auditorium.
